User Responsibilities

Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • Do not share your credentials with others
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Reverse engineer or copy our systems
  • Upload malicious content or code
  • Misrepresent your identity or age

Age Requirements

Payments & Subscriptions

Basic features are available at no cost with limited functionality.

Paid Subscriptions

  • Billed monthly or annually in Swiss Francs (CHF)
  • Auto-renewal unless cancelled before period end
  • Refunds processed per Swiss consumer law
  • Payment processing via Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)

Intellectual Property

All Eroneva content, design, and technology are owned by Eroneva Sarl. You retain ownership of your personal data and content you create.

You grant us a limited license to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
